Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with House Bunny Bronzing, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Appointment Deposits: A $20 non-transferable deposit is required to reserve each appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your spray tan. Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-show appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If House Bunny Bronzing must cancel your appointment due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future appointment, at your preference. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours are considered late cancellations and are subject to deposit forfeiture. Late Arrival Policy: Clients who arrive late are not guaranteed their full appointment time. Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time are subject to appointment cancellation at House Bunny Bronzing's discretion, and the appointment deposit will be forfeited. Repeated late arrivals may require prepayment in full for future appointments. Refund Policy: Completed spray tan services are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued for services that were not provided or were canceled by House Bunny Bronzing. Bunny Bucks Loyalty Program Bunny Bucks are promotional loyalty rewards. Bunny Bucks have no cash value. Bunny Bucks cannot be redeemed for cash. Bunny Bucks cannot be refunded or transferred. If a transaction is refunded or partially refunded, House Bunny Bronzing reserves the right to adjust or remove any Bunny Bucks earned or redeemed in connection with that transaction. Chargebacks: If you have a concern regarding your appointment or payment, please contact House Bunny Bronzing directly so we can resolve the issue. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for services that were provided, or after a refund has already been offered or issued, may result in permanent removal from House Bunny Bronzing's booking system and loyalty program.
